Domestic & Overseas Shipping Policy

  1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2~4 working days. However, make sure that for wholesale orders accomplished via a bank transfer, the products are sent only after when the transaction amount is visible in our company account number. 

Neither shipments nor deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. If the company is experiencing high volume of orders, and if there is a possibility of delay, the customers will be notified before they transfer the money.

  1. Shipping Rates And Delivery Estimates

* Generally, the delivery costs for dermal filler products are 30% more expensive than botulinum toxins' delivery costs. 
* Delivery takes 10 to 20 days, depending on your location.
For Dubai, Iran, and Turkey delivery conditions are different and delivery time might be longer. 

* If you want your order to be delivered sooner by like Fedex or any other carrier, let us know by contact us.

  1. Shipment To P.O. Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses

Our company does not send products to Army, Air Force and Fleet Post Offices.

  1. Shipment Confirmation And Order Tracking

Tracking number and required documents are sent via email to each customer by our customer service officers. 

  1. Customs, Duties, And Taxes

Returns due to customs issues in your country will not be refunded. KoreaBeautyTech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All the delivery conditions are automatically fulfilled with CPO by our company. 

  1. Damages During The Delivery

BMO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  1. Returns Policy

Returns due to customs issues in your country will not be refunded. For returns, the customer pays all the delivery expenses if the customer changes their mind with no plausible reason. If returns are due to company employee’s fault, then the company incurs all the costs.
